Yes, Canadian destinations will be added, and as the Flair network expands, so will our vacation packages.

Q2. Do you need to book a hotel for the entire duration of your trip?

No, you don't have to book a hotel for the entire trip. On the flight search page, check the box labelled “I only need accommodation for part of my trip.” Then you can specify the dates for your hotel stay.

Q3. Does Flair Vacations arrange activities?

When booking your package, you'll see a list of activities available at your destination that you can add and book along with your vacation. These activities are arranged by our partners and managed through the Flair Vacations portal.

Q4. Are group bookings available for Flair Vacations?

Group bookings are not available at this time. A single booking can include a maximum of 9 passengers and 5 rooms. Large groups would need to split into multiple bookings.

Q5. What happens if a tour group cancels?

Options vary depending on the hotel booked. Please contact the Flair Vacations call centre for details on cancellations and modifications.

Q6. How do travel agents use Flair Vacations? Can they access vacation packages through the Flair Agency Portal?

Flair Vacations is a separate offering that currently targets individual consumers. This means there is no alternative booking method for travel agents, and vacation packages will not be available in the Flair Agency Portal.

Q7. Do travel agents receive commission on Flair Vacations Packages?

No, Flair Vacations currently does not have a commission structure.

Q8. Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Modification and cancellation policies vary by hotel. For details, contact the Flair Vacations contact centre. Note that changes or cancellations made through Flair’s Manage My Booking tool do NOT apply to your hotel reservation. These must be handled directly with the Flair Vacations contact centre.

Q9. Can I purchase seats and bags after booking?

Yes, you can buy seats or extra baggage by contacting the Flair Vacations call centre, during online check-in, or at the airport.
